Are these designer pieces authentic?

Unicorn Vintage curates vintage and pre owned luxury pieces and repurposes them into new jewellery.All components are purchased through reputable vintage and consignment stores and have gone through full authentication processes.


How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

You will get an automatic email* saying your order has been processed.

Once the order has been shipped, you will get another email saying your order has been dispatched along with a tracking number.

* We advise checking Spam / Promotion emails just in case.


Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per order. We cannot apply discount codes to orders once they are placed.


Can I make changes to my order?

We are able to make changes to your order, Please contact us within 1 hour of making your order. Please make sure your shipping address and item(s) are correct before submitting your order. Returned packages due to an inaccurate shipping address will be subject to a reshipping fee. Refunds are not provided for packages with an inaccurate shipping address.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. Please contact us within an hour of placing your order in order for us to cancel your order successfully.


What materials are your pieces made from?

All of the chains are 925 sterling silver, high quality stainless steel, gold vermeil, gold plated and gold filled, this allows us to keep prices affordable!

All materials used for each designs are listed under the description selection of the product’s page.


Can I shower with my jewellery?

We do not recommend showering with the pieces in order to preserve the quality of the designer pendants.


My jewellery is turning color, why is this happening?

Every person’s unique skin oils react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for your skin's reaction to our products. Gold plated and gold filled jewellery will turn naturally over time, it is inevitable.


My jewellery has tarnished, can I return it?

No, we will not be held responsible for the maintenance of your jewellery. We provide a care guide card in every order. It is your responsibility to maintain the quality of your jewellery.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide!


What happens if my package was never delivered?

Unicorn Vintage is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package was lost by Australia Post or misplaced by them, we are not responsible for this. If this occurs, please check with Australia Post and summit a missing item form and ask them for further assistance. If your package was stolen from your porch, it is your responsibility to know when the shipping carrier arrives and to make sure someone is home in order to retrieve the package.


Can I return an item?

All of the items are final sale. We only repair of exchange items if they are defective or damaged.


What can I do if my jewellery arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged please contact us via email at unicornvintagejewellery@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order #.
